Who leads the program?
Project Oneka is led by Casey Flowers, MS, RD, CDCES, LDN, the registered dietitian at Oneka and a certified diabetes care and education specialist. You learn from a credentialed nutrition professional, not a generic coaching script.
Part of the lifestyle path
Project Oneka pairs naturally with Project Pivot, the mindset and behavioral program led by psychologist Dr. Judi-Lee Webb. Together they address the nutrition and mindset sides of lasting change, the lifestyle path within Oneka’s three surgeon-led options.
A dietitian-led nutrition reset
Project Oneka is a six-week virtual group nutrition course from Oneka Bariatrics & Wellness in Atlanta, led by registered dietitian Casey Flowers, MS, RD, CDCES, LDN. It focuses on balanced nutrition and lasting habits in a supportive group, with credentialed, evidence-based guidance.
Open at any stage
Project Oneka is open to anyone, before, after, or instead of weight-loss surgery. It works as a standalone lifestyle path or alongside surgery or GLP-1 medical weight loss, giving patients a flexible entry point regardless of where they are in their journey.
Habits over diets
Rather than another short-term diet, Project Oneka teaches balanced nutrition and habit-building meant to last beyond six weeks. As part of a surgeon-led practice, it connects nutrition to the broader care patients receive at Oneka.
